CHICKEN PARMESAN 
Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
Egg
Milk
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 jar spaghetti sauce
Mozzarella cheese

In a 9x13 pan, cover bottom with some spaghetti sauce. Dip chicken breasts in an egg and milk mixture. Dip in bread crumbs. Brown on both sides in hot oil. Place in pan. Top with more spaghetti sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until chicken is done (about 40-45 minutes). Remove cover and top with cheese - return to oven to let cheese melt. Use any remaining spaghetti sauce to serve over a side of pasta.
