BETTY LANG'S ROAST BEEF | |
1 roasting pan with lid 5 to 6 lb. tip roast (frozen) Salt Pepper Garlic Powder Dehydrated onions Put frozen roast in roasting pan. Fill with water almost full. Add seasonings. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Put lid on and bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Turn off oven and set 3 hours. Turn oven back on for 30 to 40 minutes. Let set 1/2 to 1 hour and serve. Save juices for making beef stew, beef barley soup or beef chop suey. |
