SPAGHETTI SAUCE IN A CROCK-POT 
4 Italian sausages (leave whole)
4 Roma tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 red onion
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/2 clove garlic
1 (24 oz.) jar marinara sauce (your choice)
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/4 cup red wine
salt and pepper, to taste
basil (fresh or seasoning style)

Dice Roma tomatoes, red bell pepper, onion, cilantro and garlic. Chop it all pretty fine and pour into Crock-Pot.

Add jar of marinara sauce for consistency and can of tomato paste. Fill empty jar 3/4ths with water and pour into Crock-Pot as well.

Add salt, pepper and basil. Add Italian Sausage links whole and place into the sauce. Add wine and pour over sausage links.

Cook on high for 5 hours, or on low for 7-8 hours.

Serve with your favorite pasta.
