MEXICAN MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 c. rice
1 can tomato paste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 bottles taco sauce (hot or mild or one of each)
1 can chili green peppers

Cook the ground beef and the rice. Mix all other items together and add the ground beef and rice. Put half in cake pan and then place a layer of Nacho chips. Pour in the rest of the meat loaf. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and put in oven until the cheese melts.
