MEXICAN MEAT LOAF 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. taco sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 pkg. nacho cheese corn chips (Doritos, etc.)
1 c. grated cheese

Brown meat in skillet; pour in tomatoes and taco sauce. Bring to a boil. Line baking dish with corn chips. Pour meat mixture over chips and cover with grated cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted.
