TACO MEAT 
1 lb. hamburger
4 slices bacon, diced
2 tbsp. diced onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. Mexican seasonings, or to taste
2 peeled and chopped tomatoes

Brown diced bacon. Pour off all but a small amount of bacon fat and brown diced onion and hamburger. Add crushed garlic, Mexican seasonings, chopped tomatoes and heat thoroughly. Serve in warm taco shells.
