MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) can El Paso enchilada sauce
1 (15 oz.) El Paso refried beans
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. shredded cheese
2 tbsp. chopped mild green chiles
Dorito chips (crushed)

Brown beef, stir in salt, sauce and beans. Add cottage cheese, green chiles and one half of the shredded cheese. Bring to a boil.

In 1 1/2 quart baking dish alternate layers of meat mixture and crushed Dorito chips, ending with meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with rest of cheese and bake 10 minutes longer.
