Cake:

1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges, with juice
1/2 c. oil

Combine all ingredients with electric mixer. Pour into prepared 9 X 13 pan and bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.

Frosting:

8 oz. cool whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix all together and spread on cake. Nuts and coconut may be added, if desired. Keep refrigerated. Holds well for days.
