POPPYSEED CHICKEN 
8 chicken halves
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. poppyseed
1 roll Ritz crackers (from 12 oz. box size), crushed

Boil chicken breasts. Break into pieces and place on the bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together soup, sour cream and milk and pour over chicken. Mix melted butter, poppyseed and crushed crackers and spread over soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
