BAKED PORK CHOPS AND DRESSING 
4 pork chops
1/2 loaf bread, cut up
1/2 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
salt, pepper, garlic powder
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Brown pork lightly and season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix ingredients together and spread over pork chops.

Pour 1/2 cup water around 4 medium sized pork chops. Place in 9 inch casserole dish. Place dressing (bread) on top (2 chops on bottom and 2 chops on top of bread cubes).

Cover with foil and bake 2-2 1/2 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes. If served with rice, add chopped green peppers, brown in butter and drained and gravy of your choice.
