PEACH PICKLES 
2 gals. peaches
Whole cloves
2 tbsp. allspice
2 sticks cinnamon
2 c. water
1 c. cider vinegar
8 c. sugar

Peel peaches. Stick 1 clove in each peach. Place 2 tablespoons allspice and 2 cinnamon sticks in a cloth and tie. Mix vinegar, water and sugar. Place spice bag and peaches in mixture and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
