PICKLE PEACHES 
2 lb. brown sugar
2 c. dark vinegar
1/2 c. whole cloves
4 qt. peeled peaches
1 oz. cinnamon sticks

Boil sugar, vinegar and spices for 20 minutes. Place a few peaches at a time in syrup and cook until tender. Pack into sterilized jars. When jars are full, fill with juice to cover. Seal jar immediately.
