PEACH PICKLES 
5 c. brown sugar
2 c. vinegar
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tbsp. whole cloves
4 qt. fresh peaches, peeled

Cook sugar, vinegar and spices 20 minutes. Drop a few peaches at a time in mixture and cook until peach is tender.

Put in sterilized jars. Fill to about 1/2 inch from the top; fill jars with juice. Seal.
