QUICK PEACH PICKLES 
1 (#2 1/2) can peach halves, 6-8 halves
Whole cloves
1 c. peach syrup from can
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 (3") stick cinnamon

Make a syrup of this. Put cloves in a bag. (About 2 or 3 cloves per half peach.) Add to syrup. Put peaches in syrup and simmer 4 or 5 minutes. Cool. Store in refrigerator (covered). Keeps well. To make this recipe for 3 cans of peaches, it only takes 1/2 recipe of syrup.
