BANANA NUT CAKE 
3 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
4 ripe bananas
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. walnuts or pecans

Cream eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs. Beat bananas well and add to mixture. Sift together flour, soda, salt and add to mixture. Stir well. Add nuts and pour into a x 13 inch or a Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until done.
