SHEPHERD'S PIE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup 1 can peas, drained 1/2 c. chopped onion (optional) 1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper 4-6 mashed potatoes In skillet combine meat, onion, salt and pepper. Brown meat; add drained peas and soup. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Drop mashed potatoes over mixture to cover. If desired, sprinkle potatoes with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. |
