SUPER SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Ramen noodles, uncooked (any flavor)
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
1/4 c. toasted sunflower seeds
1/4 c. slivered almonds
10-12 green onions, tops and all, chopped
1/2 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar

Crush uncooked noodles. Add cabbage, sunflower seeds, almonds, and green onions.

Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and the seasoning packet that comes with the noodles. Add the vegetable mixture. Toss well.

This is best if sets overnight or for 4 or more hours and keeps well several days in refrigerate.

NOTE: I cut back on the salad oil and add enough water to make the 1/2 cup. Also I use Canola oil, which seems to make this better than other oils. My choice is Ramen noodles in oriental or chicken flavor because of the color of the seasoning.
