RHUBARB CREAM CAKE 
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
4 c. cut up rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 c. cream

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour into a greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Arrange rhubarb evenly on top of batter. Sprinkle sugar on top. Pour cream evenly over entire cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve warm. Store leftover in refrigerator. May substitute spice cake with sliced apples.
