SUPER SIMPLE SAUSAGE STIR - FRY 
1 lb. smoked sausage or bratwurst
1 green pepper, sliced bite-size
2 tomatoes, cut bite-size
1 onion, sliced
Garlic salt (optional)
Butter

Cut sausage into bite-size pieces and cook in butter until done. Take out of skillet and set aside. Next, saute remaining ingredients until tender. Add sausager to mixture and season with garlic salt to taste. Serve over noodles or rice.
