CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese (1/2 mixed in, 1/2 on top)
Chicken broth (1 can if doubling)
1 sm. can fried onion rings

Mix all ingredients together. Put remaining 1/2 cheese on top. Put in cold oven - cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Put onion rings on top of casserole before serving. Serves 5.
