CHICKEN ROLLS WITH SOUR CREAM 
4 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned & split
1/4 c. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. paprika
1 jar Italian cooking sauce
Salt & pepper
3/4 c. sour cream

Shape chicken into 8 rolls and brown in butter. Remove and set aside. Saute onion, celery, carrot and garlic until the onion is softened. Add paprika and cooking sauce, blend thoroughly. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add chicken rolls, salt and pepper to taste and simmer about 30 minutes, or until vegetables are thoroughly cooked. Stir in sour cream and heat, but do not allow the sauce to boil. Serves 6.
