CHICKEN LOUISE 
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry basil
1 tsp. thyme

Cut chicken into small pieces or strips. Dip chicken in 1/2 stick of melted butter. Mix rest of ingredients in a bowl. Roll chicken in mixture. Bake 10 minutes on each side at 425 degrees.
