BEEF LOUISE 
3 lbs. stew meat
3/4 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
2/3 c. dry red wine

Mix soups and wine together. Pour over meat cubes in a casserole dish. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Do not open before 3 hours. Serve over cooked noodles or rice. Serves 6 to 8.
