2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. apple sauce
2 tsp. salt
Pepper
1/4 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix together beef, egg, milk, bread crumbs, apple sauce, salt, pepper and onion. For topping, combine catsup, mustard and brown sugar and pour over meat loaf mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
