OVEN ORANGE CHICKEN 
Chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. oil or butter
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Combine flour, salt and pepper. Roll chicken in flour and brown lightly in shortening. Put in casserole. Saute onion and pepper. Add orange juice, catsup and soy sauce. Simmer 2 minutes. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish with rice and orange slices.
