1 box yellow cake mix 1/2 c. butter 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/2 c. coconut 1 large can sliced peaches, drained ( or 3 c. fresh peaches, sliced) 1 c. sour cream Combine cake mix and coconut, cut in butter until mixture resembles little pebbles. Pat into 9x13 inch cake pan and bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix peaches, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, arrange on crust. Combine sour cream and egg, beat lightly and spread over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until sour cream has set. Enjoy! |
