BARBECUE BURGER MIX 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 whole 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. water

Brown hamburger with onions and celery; drain off grease. Add rest of ingredients; simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with buns. Makes 6 servings.
