BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP 
3 lb. jumbo shrimp shelled and deveined
1 roll Ritz style crackers
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. parsley
Sprinkle of salt and pepper
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic (granulated or minced)
1/4 c. each celery and onion

Mix the last 6 ingredients. Add enough water to make moist. Fill split shrimps with stuffing. Place in shallow baking pan with small amount of water. Bake until shrimp turns white. Don't overcook.
