LAYERED PUDDING DESSERT 
2 c. walnuts, chopped
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. confectioners sugar
1 lg. container Cool Whip
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 lg. (or 4 sm.) pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. cold milk

Mix walnuts, flour and butter together and pat into the bottom of a 9 x 13inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Whip confectioners sugar, 2 cups Cool Whip and softened cream cheese together and spread on top of cooled crust. Mix pudding and milk together and pour on top of cheese layer. Spread the rest of the Cool Whip on top and garnish with chopped nuts. Refrigerate.

NOTE: Lemon pudding or another flavor may be substituted for the chocolate pudding.)
