LAYERED PUDDING DESSERT 
BOTTOM CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together and pat into 9"x12" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. 1 c. 10X powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip

Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add Cool Whip. Mix all together and put on cooled crust. (any flavor) 3 c. milk

Mix together pudding and milk and beat until set. Put on cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip. Save a few of the nuts and put on top of Cool Whip.
