SAVORY POT ROAST 
3 1/2 - 4 lb. beef roast
1 pkg. onion-mushroom soup mix
4 tbsp. water or dry red or white wine
1/2 c. tomato juice or catsup
3 tbsp. honey
1 bay leaf

Place roast in center of piece of heavy duty aluminum foil. Bring foil up around sides of roast. Mix together soup mix and wine. Stir in tomato juice and honey. Blend and pour over roast. Add bay leaf Wrap foil loosely around meat. Seal edges to form airtight package. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Bake 45 minutes per pound.
