TORTILLA TIDBITS | |
8 tortillas 1/4 lb. dried chipped beef 1 avocado 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. mashed green chili pepper 1/4 tsp. salt Mash avocado with green chili pepper, garlic and salt. Dip tortilla in hot salad oil until limp, not crisp. Place thin slice of beef on each tortilla. Spread teaspoon of avocado mixture over beef. Roll up and fasten with toothpick. Place on cookie sheet. Put in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Cut in bite-size pieces. |
