MEXICAN PORK ROAST 
3 lb. pork roast (or beef)
3 jalapeno peppers
3 cans green chiles
1 c. water
1 can tomatoes
1 lg. onion, chopped
Garlic salt to taste
Pinch cayenne pepper

Place all ingredients except roast in blender. Blend well. Place roast in pan; pour blended mixture over roast. Bake at 250 degrees for 4 to 5 hours. Baste roast occasionally while cooking.
