PORK ROAST (MEXICAN) 
1 boneless pork roast
1 lg. onion
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 can hot tomato sauce
3 tsp. ground chili powder
4 tbsp. chopped cilantro
2 tbsp. minced garlic
4 tbsp. oregano

Poke holes in roast and fill with minced garlic. Put in roasting pan. Fill with water half full. Add onion, cumin, oregano, chili powder, cilantro. Can add whole potatoes and carrots. Cover with foil and poke hole in foil. Bake at 275 degrees for 6 to 8 hours.

i love this recipe i changed it up a bit though i dont put the hot tomato sauce and i put chipolte pepper powder n chili powder and i add a can of chicken broth to the water its the best pork roast i have ever made or tasted! :)
