BLARNEY STONE BARS 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat sugar and eggs until thick and light - add water, beat at top speed. Blend in dry ingredients and vanilla. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Cool.

Frost with rich powdered sugar frosting. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
