1 c. butter
2 doz. eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 drops red pepper sauce
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
2 c. cooked ham cubes
1 lb. loaf of white bread slices
Prepared mustard
2 c. grated cheddar or American cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Lightly butter bread and spread mustard sparingly over each piece placing bread in bottom of pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread slices. Bake 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 15 minutes longer.
