JENNIE'S BANANA - WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES | |
2/3 c. unbleached flour 1/3 c. whole wheat flour 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 egg, beaten 2/3 c. milk 2 tbsp. butter, melted (optional) 1 banana Mix together dry ingredients. Add beaten egg, milk and butter. Add 1 mashed banana and mix until well blended, but lumpy. Pour desired size pancake onto a medium-hot lightly greased or buttered griddle. NOTE: You can make the dry mix ahead of time and then just add the wet ingredients to 1 cup of the dry mix. |
