JOANNIE'S CHICKEN ORIENTAL (LOW
CAL)
 
1-2 frying chicken, quartered (removing skin optional)
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sherry

Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken, if time allows it can marinate all day in refrigerator or it can be poured over the chicken just before baking in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. It will be crispy and very brown.
