AUNT KATIE'S WHITE PIZZA 
Approximately 1/3 to 1/2 pkg. active dry yeast
2 c. flour
Approximately 1/3 to 1/2 lb. Danish fontina cheese, shredded
Garlic, finely chopped
Olive oil
Cayenne pepper
Oregano

Dissolve the yeast in 1/2 cup warm water (and pinch of sugar). Add the flour and gradually add more water as needed until you can form a ball. Cover and let rise 1 hour. Punch the dough down and spread on a cookie sheet that has been coated with olive oil. Pour a thin layer of olive oil on top of the dough, sprinkle with cayenne, oregano and garlic, then top with cheese. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in a 500 degree oven or until dough has lightly browned. Cut into small squares and serve.
