IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE | |
2 eggs 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cloves 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk with enough water added to make 2 c. 1 1/4 c. pumpkin 1/2 c. biscuit mix Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until well blended. Pour in an oiled and floured 10" glass pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
