DUTCH RHUBARB PIE 
1 lb. rhubarb, cut in 1/2" slices to equal 3 1/2 c.
9" pastry shell
5 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cloves
3/4 c. Milnot
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter

Mix dry ingredients, add Milnot and butter; pour over rhubarb. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes then 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
