HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
10 c. water
3 tbsp. beef base
1 med. chopped onion
3 diced carrots
3 stalks chopped celery
1 lg. can tomato sauce
2 c. rice

Cook hamburger; drain. In stock pot add water and beef base. Add to water base the onion, carrots and celery. Bring all to a boil. Add tomato sauce. Add drained hamburger. Boil rice and add to soup.
