SHOE PEG BEAN SALAD 
1 can shoepeg corn (white)
1 can French-style green beans
1 sm. can LeSueur canned peas
1 sm. jar pimentos, chopped
3 to 5 stalks celery
1 bell pepper, chopped fine
3 to 4 green onions, chopped
Garlic salt

MARINADE:

1 c. white wine vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar

Mix all together; marinate for 24 hours.
