HOT ROLLS 
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast or 2 pkg.
3 tbsp. sugar

In large mixing bowl stir well until dissolved. Add 3 cups flour; mix well. Add flour and knead until dough is smooth and rubbery. Put about 2 tablespoon of oil in bowl and cover; let rise until double in size. Mash down, make out into ball size (of a golf ball). Place into large pan well greased and warm; let rise until double in size. Place into heated oven 450 degrees, bake about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
