NINA'S HAMBURGER STEW 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
4-6 lg. potatoes, peeled & lg. diced
4-6 carrots, washed & chopped
4-6 celery stalks, washed & chopped
1 med. onion, cut in bite-sized pieces
(I also add 2 lg. handfuls of bean sprouts &
1 can each of sliced mushrooms, corn, peas, drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of Cheddar soup
1 1/2 cans (soup can) water

In large pot, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Stir frequently. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until potatoes and carrots are done. Stir occasionally. Serves 4-6.

Note: This recipe works well in crock pot or slow cooker. Put on in morning. Usually done by 5:00 p.m. No stirring (except when combining ingredients) needed.
