HAMBURGER STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
Potatoes as desired (cut small)
1 pkg. carrots (cut small)
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 to 2 bay leafs
1 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce

Brown beef in large pot with chopped onion. Add Worcestershire sauce then add potatoes and carrots, cut small. Add enough water to cover all. Add 2 beef cubes and salt and pepper and bay leaf.

Simmer until potatoes and carrots are done. Thicken with cornstarch as desired. Serve with rolls.
