3-BEAN SALAD 
1 lb. can cut green beans
1 lb. can yellow wax beans
1 lb. can red kidney beans
1 onion, chopped
Minced fresh parsley
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
Freshly ground pepper

Drain all three beans well in a sieve or colander (rinse kidney beans if they look sticky). Mix beans, chopped onion and parsley together in a bowl.

Combine vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper in a jar and shake well to mix. Pour over vegetables. Cover and marinate in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
