CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
2 c. flour
1 egg
1 sm. can Pet milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 med. hen

Boil hen until tender. Take out of stock and bake about 30 minutes on low. Make a nest out of flour. Put egg, salt, baking powder and milk in and mix well. Sprinkle flour over dough and roll out very thinly and cut. Drop in boiling stock and let cook until dumplings are done (about 15 minutes). This will serve about 8.
