PARMESAN CHICKEN 
2 whole chicken breasts, halved, skinned & boned
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. flavor enhancer
3/4 c. white wine

In 3 bowls, place cheese, eggs and bread crumbs separately. Press chicken into cheese, covering all sides. Dip into eggs and then crumbs. Heat oil in frying pan. Add the chicken. Sprinkle with flavor enhancer and brown on both sides. Remove and place in a single layer in a baking pan. Combine the drippings from frying pan and wine. Pour in, not over, chicken pan. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until tender.
