BANANA CHOCOLATE WALNUT CAKE 
3 med. lg. bananas, broken up
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk (separate 1/4 c., 1/4 c.)
3 lg. eggs
1 stick softened butter
1/2 c. oil

Cream sugar and butter until smooth, fluffy and light. Add one egg at a time, mixing well. Add bananas, one at a time (will look 'curdly'). Mix until smooth. Add 1 cup flour and baking soda. Add 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup sour cream. Then add remaining flour, milk, sour cream; mix well. Add oil. Fold in nuts and chips. Mix everything together.

Grease and flour a bundt or tube pan (can use Pam). Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
